Bruce Hamilton is Founder and President of Smart Grid Network, Inc. He formerly served as Head of Energy Modeling, Databanks and Capacity Building, at the International Atomic Energy Agency, in Vienna, Austria.  

Mr. Hamilton supported the establishment of a smart grid collaboration agreement between the United States Department of Energy and Korean Ministry of Knowledge Economy. He was also instrumental in forming a Smart Grid and Green Technology Development Initiative between Korea and the State of Illinois and provides ongoing program management support for the Illinois-Korea Smart Grid Partnership.

Mr. Hamilton is the IEEE Power & Energy Society’s designated contributor to the IEEE Smart Grid Newsletter and co-author of the book titled Smart Grid: Integrating Renewable, Distributed and Efficient Energy(Elsevier 2011).

Ray Smilgius is Founding CTO of Smart Grid Network, Inc.

After graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Mr. Smilgius was employed by Microsoft. He went on to be Founder and CEO of computer IT, search engine optimization, and web-based companies VIP Geek, Satellite Websites, Inc., and BizCU Inc.
